About Me

Backend-focused engineer who came to software from a career in insurance.

I'm a Software Engineer at iamproperty, where I work on Laravel applications using Livewire, web components, Redis and queued jobs, with Docker for local development. I joined as a Software Support Engineer in 2023 and moved into engineering a year later.

Before that I worked in agency roles building PHP and WordPress sites, after retraining through a full-stack bootcamp. Several years of handling complex claims taught me to communicate clearly and make careful decisions, and I bring that to every team I work in.
